Shipping Policy

At Apparel by Unleashed, we offer a wide range of products, including ready-to-ship items and handmade pieces. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship items (such as harnesses, settle mats, and treat bags) will be dispatched within 2-7 days.

• Handmade items take longer, as they are crafted by a small team (a one-woman operation with the help of her pups!). Please allow up to 4 weeks for handmade orders to be completed, though we often fulfill them much sooner.

• If there are any delays or updates, we will share them on our Instagram stories: @apparelbyunleashed.

Shipping Methods & Expedited Shipping

• Orders are fulfilled via Royal Mail.

• If you need your package sooner, please send us a message on Instagram, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Local Pickup

• We offer a “Pick Up” option with prior arrangement.

• Pickup is available from 29 Bridge Road (our dog park location) or at upcoming markets (details posted on our social media).

 

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide!

• All international orders are sent tracked, but delivery times vary by location and may take a few weeks.

• Customs & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

• We’re still refining our international shipping process, so if you have any feedback or encounter any issues, please reach out!
